Why Multitasking Isn’t a Great Way to do Business

Given all the things they have to do, many entrepreneurs like to multitask, thinking it saves time.  The problem is that it doesn’t work, writes consultant Mark Evans in a column appearing in The Globe and Mail.   The solution, he says, is singletasking, which allows you to focus on one thing — and get it done — before moving on to the next one.  Evans’ complete column can be found here.
