White House Initiative to Promote Entrepreneurship

The new “Startup America” initiative launched today is a partnership between the public and private sectors to help generate jobs by promoting “high growth entrepreneurship throughout the country,” according to this White House news release .  Several of the private sector commitments fall under the category of “Inspiring the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs.”  Others have to do with “Connecting Corporations and Entrepreneurs” and “Accelerating Innovation.”  A fact sheet on the initiative can be found here.
