Successful entrepreneurs often rely on small daily habits and routines in their business and personal lives to keep the needle on their business moving in the right direction, writes Elaine Pofeldt, an independent journalist and editorial consultant, in a recent post appearing in American Express OPEN Forum. Among these habits: 1) Plan tomorrow’s agenda for today, 2) Put your meetings on a diet, 3) Find a way to manage e-mail that works for you, 4) Never stop selling and 5) Exercise regularly. These disciplines aren’t complicated but they pay big dividends, says Pofeldt. You can read her full post here.

#4…have been thinking lately about this…do people want to be/feel sold?
I’d say it depends. People expect to be sold at a networking or professional event but not necessarily at a social event.
I have to agree with those habits.
